CHANGE POLICY

At Jorge Ramirez we are responsible for delivering our products in perfect condition to the satisfaction of our customers and not generating any mishap at the time of receiving the product, for this reason once we have our product for reasons of exchange or warranty, we will carry out a review of exhaustively to verify that the reason corresponds to our CHANGE POLICIES , below we will indicate our indicators of how a change or guarantee can be generated:

  • You must present the respective purchase invoice for the products to be exchanged.
  • For the respective changes, MONEY REFUND does not apply, it will be exchanged for another product.
  • The product that was delivered to your hands must be returned correctly and without any damage.
  • Please note that changes may take up to 20 calendar days. If the process takes longer than previously mentioned, the client will be notified of the reasons for this.
  • An exchange or guarantee can only be made if the product has a sewing defect or if any part of the shoe comes off.
  • Please note that you will have a 15-day warranty from the moment you receive our products.
  • The cost of the refund will be assumed by you but the shipping under warranty of the product will be assumed by us, as long as our control and quality department validate and determine that the damage to the product is a consequence of a manufacturing defect and not due to misuse of the product. product.
  • If the product has been damaged due to improper use or mishandling, the buyer will be notified and the product will be returned, assuming the buyer (the buyer) will bear the transportation cost of returning the product.

IMPORTANT:

  • Wherever possible, to ensure your return is processed quickly, please send all items you wish to return from the same order in a single package.
  • Items must be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Additionally, shoes must be returned in their original box and in good condition as it is considered part of the product.
